Important Visitor Information

The Government guidelines have changed starting from today. We are keen to ensure visitors still feel safe whilst at Thomley but also allow more disabled visitors to attend and maximise their experience. With that in mind, these are the current visitors changes, starting from Tuesday 20th July:

– Staff will still be wearing facemasks

– We are advising visitors to still wear a facemask when indoors

– We are still advising to distance one meter from others whilst on site

– We will keep our screens up at reception and in the café

– The café will serve from inside again rather than at the side window

– You will no longer need to book a table in the pavilion for lunch; however please turn the ‘clean or dirty’ table poster over so that staff can ensure it is cleaned for the next family

– We will continue to operate at a reduced capacity

– We will increase the available places on our additional workshops

– We will increase the number of toys and types of workshops available to you when on site
