Refund Policy 

If you are not entirely satisfied with the services received at Thomley then please contact us: 

All online services purchased are treated the same as purchased services whilst on-site at Thomley. 


Once we receive your correspondence it will be reviewed with the Operations Manager. We will immediately notify you on the status of your correspondence as it has been reviewed. Usually within 48 hours. 

Deposits for bookings are non-refundable. 

Full payments made for a group booking, birthday party or event are refundable if canceled 4 weeks prior to the event date. This is the total payment less any deposits made for reservation of the booking date. 

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
