Bernie is back on the Thomley schedule!

Bernie is back! After a fantastic session on Saturday morning and some quite lovely feedback, Bernie is going to be back on the Thomley Facebook every Saturday for the next three weeks.

She will be doing a repeat of the session from the weekend for week 1 so you can really master it, but then a new routine for weeks 2 and 3. One person who took part on Saturday said: “My daughter is in a wheelchair and it brought me to tears when I saw her smiling and engaging in the whole session. It’s the first activity she’s been fully able to do and that really meant a lot. Very well adapted. Thank you Bernie and Thomley”
