Refund Policy 

Changes and cancellations 
We understand that plans can sometimes change, particularly for families with additional needs. However, as a small charity with limited capacity, every booked space directly impacts our staffing, resources and the ability for another family to attend.

For this reason, all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the rare event that Thomley needs to cancel a session, we will provide a refund or credit for a future visit.
