New Splash Park – Visitor Information…

The Splash Park is awesome!!! We hope you like it when you next visit. Here is some relevant information that will be useful for using the splash park…

After the summer holidays our team will review the use of the splash park, and may implement changes such as timed slots and varying volumes of participants at any one time. Please allow us the summer to trial what works best, as there are bound to be some tweaks to make this work as efficiently as possible (for staff and for visitors!).

INITIAL WEEKS OF USE
As this is new to us too, we may limit sessions per hour on busy days, from 10am-3pm. We understand this may cause frustrations and be difficult for some children that may want to be there all day or wait for their session. As always our staff will be understanding and support any of those situations that arise.

GENERAL OPENING DAYS AND TIMES
The splash park will be open for the spring to summer season and closed in the winter months. We intend to open this every day between 10 and 3:30pm, however may need to close this on certain days and times if required to do so (adverse weather, technical reasons).

TOWELS AND SPARE CLOTHES
We have towels available to buy (but not borrow) from reception if required , either the shark overhead towel or the other beach towel for £6 each.

CHANGING
We are asking visitors not to go into the inside areas when wet where possible. If you would like to get changed in private areas please use the toilets in the manor building.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Please ensure you are ONLY taking photos of your own children. This is the same anywhere on our site but some visitors may be extra sensitive to photography in an area such as this where people may have less clothes on than usual.

COST TO YOU
This summer we will NOT be asking for visitors to pay any more than their day ticket price towards using this feature. We have been fortunate and received funding to cover the installation of the splash park. In the future this could change, as the ongoing running costs of such a facility are not cheap.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
